Empowering Youth With Your Words

YEP holds special events and activities to engage our youth in topics that develop their personal, academic and professional goals and skills. Share your experience and insight to equip young adults to fulfill their potential and lead the future.

Your experience is a powerful example of what is possible.

You may not believe your story is significant, but to young people wondering if they can build a good life, your experience — including your struggles and triumphs — shows them they can. When students hear from adults who persevered to achieve success, they can believe their own hard work will be rewarded.

YEP’s Young Women Who Win mentoring program offers periodic ‘lunch and learn’ presentations in group settings. Topics vary from vision boards and time management to building self-esteem and financial literacy.

Teen Leadership PBC is an after-school program that covers health and wellness, financial literacy, college/vocational readiness, and job preparedness.

Do you have insight to share on these topics?
